How to file a claim?

  1. If you have a Foreign Travel Insurance and need immediate help, you can get in touch with our 24/7 service hotline: +49 89 55 987 8640. In all other cases you can file a claim any time via e-mail: cherrisk@cherrisk.com.
  2. When you’re writing an e-mail, make sure to include your birth date and your policy number. You can find this number on your insurance policy. If you contact us on the phone, you will also be asked for these details for identification.
  3. Please explain your claim as detailed as you can, and attach all the documents (eg. invoices), photos and informations about the event. The more you have, the faster you’ll get compensated. Once you’re done, sit back and relax, we’ll get in touch on the next business day latest.
