💻 About the Role
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented System Analyst to join our team. You will play a crucial role in analyzing, designing, and implementing efficient digital solutions and efficient processes to support our business objectives. As System Analyst you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, assess existing systems, and propose solutions that align with CHERRISK's technological vision.

You will be the 5th member of the System Analyst team, we are part of the IT business unit (a good mix of QA specialists and project management experts). Our team thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment where creativity, innovation, and teamwork are celebrated. 🚧 What you will be doing
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their pain points, needs and goals.
System Analysis: Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and innovation.
Design and Documentation: Translate business requirements into detailed and actionable specification and requirement documents.
Collaboration: Collaborate with developers, architects, and other team members to ensure the successful implementation of system enhancements and new features.
Quality Assurance: Supporting the QA team in preparation of a test plan, based on the functional specification.
Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to contribute to the continuous improvement of CHERRISK's systems and processes.

Software design and modelling skills (e.g. UML, BPMN 2.0)
Assistance in handling bug tickets
Contribution to the introduction of new products and services
Bachelor degree
Good analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently
Understanding of complex processes
Ability to understand and work with complex systems
Fluency in English
Great communication skills both written and spoken
Solutions driven proactive attitude

Knowledge of GitLab and/or JIRA and Atlassian products
Fluency in German
Knowledge of SQL
Domain knowledge (insurtech, insurance, finance)
